Client Sights' view on the role of the consultant is a little different than most. We have worked with many consultants over the years that seem to have the viewpoint that they have all the answers to all the questions all the time. Our belief is that the role of the consultant should involve a lot more than just spouting facts and opinions. We like to think that the consultant's role should include:
- the ability to listen and learn
- the ability to adapt and connect to all levels of staffing, from senior leadership to management to support staff
- the ability to provide flexible solutions
- the ability to lead change in a non-threatening way
- the ability to get results
and....
- the ability to spout facts and opinions (if required!)
